GUARANTEE

I guarantee all animals to arrive healthy and properly sexed. You have 24 hours to decide if you are satified with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, an exchange animal or refund will be given after the original animal has been returned to me. All animals are guaranteed healthy for 48 hours after arrival. After 48 hours, the buyer assumes full responsibility of the animal.

If your animal arrives deceased or dies within 48 hours of arrival, notify me immediately. You will be given further instructions in order for you to receive a full refund.

PAYMENT

Cashier's checks, money orders and personal checks are accepted. All personal checks must clear before the animal will be shipped. Paypal may be used as well.

Payment plans may be arranged. I require a 20% non-refundable deposit with balance to be paid in 90 days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Airline shipping - My closest airport is Reno-Tahoe International. Delta Dash is not available from this airport. I normally use NorthWest Airlines and have had great service with them. Some destinations to the east coast experience flight connection problems and will require overnight kenneling in Minneapolis. I have used this kenneling service several times with excellent results. US Air Cargo is available from this airport as well.

Door to door shipping - I reserve the right not to ship to some destinations in inclement weather. I require that someone be available to personally receive, and sign for, the animal. I send all shipments of this type signature required with a morning delivery, if available in your area. All guarantees will be void if the package is left outside on a doorstep, porch, etc.

Upon receipt of the animal, I require that you contact me via phone or email, to let me know that the animal arrived safe and sound.
